Performance proceeds from “The Swinger” donated to Rory

The Swinger, a one-man show written and performed by Rob Shindler, a Chicago attorney, chronicles the journey he and his wife traveled down the road of infertility. Throughout the show, Shindler swings from boyhood to manhood, from single guy to married man, from husband to father. While most discussions of infertility focus on the wife, this show features the unique perspective of the husband's dealings with this emotional issue. Although not getting the hormone shots, he's giving them, which according to Shindler "brings a whole new definition of the word love."

All Tuesday, October 5th performance proceeds went to The Rory David Deutsch Foundation.
